French Oak Dining Chairs
These striking chairs come from a high quality French maker whose reputation is well established there.
Reminiscent of Mackintosh and the Art Nouveau movement, this style actually has its roots in a late 16th century French style, with a tapering, narrow, high back and triangular seat and known as 'Caqueteuse' or conversation chair. (This is from the French 'to chatter' which suggests that the will be comfortable enough for a long natter!)
We have 5 of these chairs available in our showroom which have seat pads covered in 'Faro Cream' faux leather.
